wiper stalk

hi all
can somebody please tell me what sort of wiper stalk i need as i have a hatch back carlsson but the stalk doesn't have the facility for the rear wash wipe
i brought a new one of ebay but that didn't have it either
please help its doing my head in to not be able to clear the rear screen properly

As far as I know, there are only 2 types - the one with the rear wiper switch and wash on the stalk, and the one without.

Older cars had a button on the dash which was a rear wash/wipe button - my '91 was like this. AFAIK CD's didn't have rear wipers, so I suppose they use this stalk too.

Newer CS cars had the button and switch on the stalk, which is what it sounds like you are looking for.

I think all you need to do is to make sure you get the other type than the one you got
