Number of times I bought parts elsewhere: 2 so far, about to be 3.

I used to visit Western Saab (Westcars) Perth quite a lot for service and repairs and bought two new cars there.
However, whenever they promised the car back for 3 pm I would be lucky to get it by 4. Over the years I spent hours waiting there.
In spite of the horrendous traffic on the A80 I now use Western Saab in Glasgow and have done so for some time. They are cheaper (willing to haggle) and often when I ask for the car back at 3 pm I get it at 2! The customer service team are top class!

although i'm some way south of the border I've used Western Saab, in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, when arranging for parts (favourably priced ) to be sent to me by post. They've always given first-class & enthusiastic service - and unlike Lock's rotten experience of their Perth operation - they've either been readily available when I call OR have followed up promptly on promises to call back
