Tried pulling the SID unit apart and tried the biro card repair with no improvement is my only option to send it away for repair.

Thanks for the offer had a word with a few guys and redid the fix and bingo all O.K could not belive it !!!!

It's a great feeling - I had it the first couple of times! In the end I sent it away for repair.
