My 95 Aero 2002 Auto has developed a low speed brake pulse, felt through the pedal just like the ABS control has been activated.
The brakes remain active on demand, and this symptom is not there above 35 mph. No dash lights come up and all remains as should be.
I have checked the discs/pads and all ok.
Any one else had this problem?

Sounds like a broken ABS ring on one of the driveshaft ends. Doesn't bring up any fault codes but activates the ABS at low speeds because the system is confused. If your up to it, jack up the front end and check them where they go through the hubs and one will be split. If not, any decent garage should be able to pick it up.

Yep, exactly this. It was a cracked ABS ring on one of the front CV joints, basically caused pulsing of the ABS gently at slow speeds though it didn't - for two years! - get serious enough to throw any fault codes. Had it fixed at an indie - new CV joint - for c£100. Pretty common I think.
Edit: Kenny beat me to it while I went off to check my service receipts!
