Has anyone changed the plugs on a 2003 1.4 Golf and able to advise me on how to remove what looks like the DI? There are two bolts holding a tray with coils over the sparking plugs, but then what? I think that it might be similar to the Saab and just pull off, but it is pretty tight and you know how manufacturers just love to hide plastic clips etc. so that we "amateurs" can break them. As is often the case, Haynes is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard and the VW forums etc. not much better.
