I am off to pick up a 1974 95 tomorrow. Whats the best fuel option. 4* or unleaded with an additive..or will it run on unleaded? I know i should ask this in the old saab section but there are more of you about in this forum and i know a few of you guys and gals run older steel.

Hi greenman. I would use 4* if you can get it, unless you are going to do 30000 miles a year then you would want a second mortgage.

Thank you fliptop but i used both forums as i needed a quick answer and no one was at this forum at the time. I have the car now and need to get rid of it because i have run out of storage...its too rotten to put back on the road.

Your post about V4 in a non-appropriate forum was moved to the V4 workshop. The reason for this is two-fold:
