Hi, Yes i had the same problem with my 2008 Ttid, I only had the car 2 weeks and the limited performance light came on so i rang the garage i bought it from and they said it was the Particulate filter and to regen it i would have to drive it in 5th gear for about 30 miles or more on the m6 etc at about 70mph or more, it didnt work the first time but did the second, so there you go , hope this helps.
