OK OK silly question time, been a member of other forums before (not car related) and have never had avtar probbs but now mine aint showing. It fits all the criterior (as well as being [expletive deleted] but I'm working on it) is the a time scale , does it have to be approved first?

Ahhh now I think I got it, does it only show on new posts since uploading it?

I had this problem once.

You have to click the "set URL" button, which is obvious. but it took me a while to realise that I still had to click on "update profile" button at the bottom of the page as well http://www.saabscene.com/forum/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif

It was there last night, but it's gone again. Are you hosting it somewhere that limits access?

Also, sometimes your browser isn't loading the page anew, it's loading from it's own internal cache.. so if something doesn't immediately appear, try hitting refresh (usually F5 on Microshaft Exploder) to force the browser to reload the page into cache.

I sometimes get the whole page repeated and sit there wondering why no one's posting, hit refresh and there they all are
