It is a 1:43 scale model. And the answer is 1991. Was the 9000CS that first had that feature if I remember correctly.
Now, can we have aan orderly cue please. We all wanna crack at this one, since we now know the answer

It was late 1991 (sept onwards), but on MY 92 CS's.

So the Qn is are they talking whenyou could buy, or Model year?
