Anyone seen any on the road yet?

I've mostly seen smaller '52' registrations (1st September 2002 onwards) such as Ford Fiesta's and Peugeot 206's - suppose this shows that a lot of the cars bought for the new reg will be private purchases, as companies will change the cars when the lease is up as the plate change will be irrelevant as far as accounting for them goes.

To get back to the point - I haven't seen one on the road yet - any of you lot???

I've seen two prior to 1st September, but none since. I presume they were journalists or dealers.

One 93 going the opposite way on the M25 so I could not honestly rate it's appearance because of the closing speed. It was a silver one.

The other was on a country road in Essex, again going the opposite way. I thought it was a 95 until I looked in the mirror and saw the rump. This looked to be that "hazelnut" colour but I'm not sure.

The dealer who does our servicing has invited me to test drive their new 93 saloon - it spent a couple of days in the showroom and is now being PDI'd. No one has driven it yet!

I should get my hands on it in a few days time
