Here's a fairly trivial query.
The demist on my 9-5 works very well, but I noticed that my rear side windows stay misty. It has a vent, situated in the door pillar, pointing at them. I checked, and air only comes through this vent when the climate control buttons are set to 'face level'. If the buttons are set to'demist screen' then no air comes out. Do other listies 9-5s also display this behaviour?

Check your manual - my 9-3 does the same, but thats right by the book.

greggo, Ta for reply. It didn't specify in my 9-5 manual under what setting the air came through this vent. Do you know why it is arranged like this - seems pointless to me?
