According to this weeks Autocar, which as usual carrys a list or estimated arrival dates for new models, the 9-3ss Cabrio is pencilled in for September 2003, but the Estate has mysteriously slipped to 2004.
However, either they are exceptionally prescient/ill informed (delete as applicable) as as the 2004 header also has 9-1 and 9-5 in it.....
You read it and frowned here first!

I guess this is a symptom of the bu99ers muddle gm have got into with this brand
there does not seem to be a vision of where they should be going..

As far as I know, the 9-3 Sport Wagon has been planned for spring 2004 from the beginning. It was at least what Saab said during the 9-3 SS introduction event in Stockholm last summer.

Sounds good Hanm, unfortunately in the UK at least they had said it would be here this summer at the same time as the convertible.... rotters!
