I just noticed this section of the forum, and thought I'd put in a good word for "Perry and Prouse", a private specialised SAAB garage in Taunton from which I recently brought my SAAB 9-3.

I was looking for a SAAB with both Climate Control and a Sunroof (as I like the option of both) and came across this garage via the Autotrader web site as they had just the car I was looking for.

Despite being stuck in an M5 snarl up (usual Saturday holiday traffic) they stayed open beyond their lunch time closing so I could view the car (I was travelling all the way from West Wales), and their service to me was second to none.
