Beleive it or not some Halfords dtores now do a wide range of some very nice Motolita? leather racing wheels.

You'll find adverts for replacement steering wheels in almost any car magazine, and as Simon pointed out, you can also find them in most high street car maintenance shops. However when replacing mine, I found the only people who make a boss-kit to fit classic 900 was OBA on www.eurocarparts.com (http://www.eurocarparts.com), and they only produce a limited range.
