My 900 jumps out of second and third gears when slowing right down. Can be embarrassing on aproaching junctions, roundabouts, etc! Does anyone have a solution, please?

New gearbox !?

How much mileage has the car covered ? Has it ever had any work done on the gearbox ?

Popping out of gear generally signifies a worn gearbox.

Car has done 100,000 miles. No work done on gearbox - yet! Could it be a selector problem?
