i was thinking about getting the abbott 40bhp upgrade for my 2.3 turbo.

Has anyone out there had this conversion done?

If so did it make much differance to the cars performance and driveability?

I had this done to a 2.3CSE Turbo. There is noticeable difference in performance, torque and driveability. Get the upgrade you will love it! BEWARE do not go for a cheaper option such as 'Superchip'. I went down this road initially and it resulted in the car having an erratic idle due to the conversion being based around a bleedvalve. The Abbott upgrade is based on a reprogrammed ECU and did not result in such problems.
