Is it at all possible to increase the volume on the park assist.

I have to decrease the volume on the stereo to be able to hear the audible beeps.

If it is possible how do you do it?

I don't think it's possible to increase the volume, however, I have been cogitating (am I allowed to say that!!) ;) the possibility of using the telephone mute via a system of relays, or magic, or whatever, connected to the reverse light system to silence the radio in the same way that the phone does on a call. Still in its infancy this one as I need to -

a) check the reverse beeps still happen whilst on a call and
b) check how the mute is triggered (positive voltage, connection to earth or whatever).

Not top of my list at the moment but as I have an aftermarket amp powering the rear speakers I can easily use this method to cut the rear speakers whilst reversing.

Anyone got any info regarding the way mute works?
