Just noticed that my reversing lights do not work, so I have changed the bulbs twice and replaced fuse number 13, but they still do not work, has anyone any ideas on where I go from here??

Ws the fuse you replaced intact or blown?

Have you checked the switch on the gearbox?

Check the connector is tight and clean and that there is either a power feed to it or an earth continuity across the connector. If either are present it suggests a switch fault.

the fuse was intact, unsure of how to get to the switch. How do I remove the casing to get at it??

Not sure what you mean by removing the casing, the reversing light switch normally screws into the gearbox casing from the outside and is fairly easy to access on most cars. I am unfamiliar with your model but if you get it up on ramps or axle stands you should be able to trace wiring to the gearbox and follow this to the switch.

I doubt if switches are expensive and it should a quick and easy job for a garage to swop it over if faulty.

I think I have to remove the cover on the centre consul by the gear stick to get at the switch, as I have been informed that the switch is under there.

On a c900, it's on the lock/gear lever housing in the console. It should be set to switch on just after the point at which the collar on the lever needs lifting to go past fifth towards reverse.
