Can anyone tell me what the correct tyre pressure should be for both fron and rear on my P reg. 900. ( 2.0i - non turbo )

It depends on tire dimensions. Anyway, open the driver's door and there shold be a sticker with correct pressures (on the part of the door that is hidden, when they're closed).
