The turbo just stopped working. There was no warning, no noise, no skipping. I had the clutch replaced. IT ran great for about a week. Then I was driving and went to "hit the gas" in second gear and nothing happened.

It still runs well - just wont hit turbo?

any thoughts??

Hi, and welcome to Saabscene.

If you don't get turbo pressure, there are several causes.

1. The turbo is gone. you'll possibly see a lot of smoke out the back under heavy acceleration. Don't think this is the case with you, though.

2. The turbo plumbing has come loose or has sprung a leak. You should hear a lot of hissing under boost conditions.

3. Your BPC valve is either dirty or needs replacement. Here is a link to what you need to do below.
