Hi. My o/s headlight wiper has just started going silly. Instead of being laid as it should it sometimes is up in the air or 180deg the opposite way! Any idea? Its still connected as its not loose. Cheers, Lee

Note two things:
a) Position of the red (orange) gear: assemby can be done in two ways, the difference is 180 deg. rotation of that gear. In wrong case, wiper will swing in the opposite direction.
b) Placement of the motor: do you see the printed text on it or not? Insert it wrong and the whole mechanism will not work at all.
