It has been brisk here since I bought my '99 93 SE a few weeks ago and the inside review mirror has been fine. Monday was our first sunny warm day and when I got in the car to go to lunch the mirror was looking at the floor. I tried adjusting it but these was not enough tension in the swivel mount. Today is cold and it is working fine again. Is this an adjustable item? I can not see a way to tighten it up, nor do I see how to remove the mirror if I buy a replacement.

Any Thoughts?
