PDA : Which fully synthetic oil? wemorgan 04-01-2007, 08:26 AM I've read on past threads that fully synthetic oil is now recommended for turbo engines. Also people seem to recommend Mobil 1 oil. But my question is which oil grade is recommended? Elk parts sell Saab 0W/30 full synthetic, but from what I can tell Mobil have discontinued this grade and now recommend 0W/40. Thanks for any advice. Will Noel Preston 04-01-2007, 11:26 PM Mobil1 0w 40w should be ok, I run 5w 50w in mine but I live in in a sub tropical area. I had previously checked with Mobil and that was their recommendation.
