if i let my aero sit for about a week (sometimes less) it wont start immediatly. i try starting it for a while but it wont turn over, then ill wait about 20 minutes and it'll start great. is it possible that its the DI cartridge? i thought the DI either worked or it didnt, not sometimes. oh ya, its also getting gas so i know its not that either.

When you say it won't turn over, do you mean the starter motor won't turn the engine or it just won't start.

If the engine will turn on the starter then it might well be the crankshaft position sensor, rather than the DI

If the starter motor fails to turn the engine, then I would consider investigating the starter solenoid
